product description
The cylindrical roller and the raceway are line contact bearings. The load capacity is large, and it mainly bears radial load. The friction between the rolling element and the sleeve flange is small, which is suitable for high-speed rotation. According to whether the sleeve has flanges or not, it can be divided into single-row cylindrical roller bearings such as NNF, and double-row cylindrical roller bearings such as NN and NN. The bearing is a separable structure of the inner and outer sides. The inner and outer sides of the cylindrical roller bearings without flanges inside or outside can move relative to each other in the axial direction, so they are used as free-end bearings. The cylindrical roller bearings with double flanges on one side of the inner and outer sides and single flanges on the sleeve can bear a certain degree of axial load in one direction. Generally, a steel plate stamping cage or a copper alloy solid cage is used. However, polyamide formed cages are also used.
Features
- The roller and raceway are in line contact or modified line contact, with large radial load capacity, suitable for bearing heavy loads and impact loads
- The friction coefficient is small, suitable for high speed, and the limit speed is close to the deep groove ball shaft
- The N type and NU type can move axially, can adapt to the changes in the relative position of the shaft and the outer surface caused by thermal expansion or installation error, and can be used as free end support.
- The processing requirements for the shaft or seat hole are relatively high. The relative deflection of the outer circle axis after the bearing is installed must be strictly controlled to avoid contact stress concentration
- The inner or outer shell can be separated for easy installation and disassembly.
